Maybe you choose to vaccinate your children, are aware of the toxic ingredients and want to help their bodies to deal with it, … or maybe you’ve chosen to have one yourself as a job requirement or for overseas travel?
Maybe you’ve decided to stop vaccinating and are looking for holistic ways to flush out the toxins, … or maybe your child has experienced some negative effects, and you want to do what you can to help them to detox and hopefully heal.

Vaccines contain a cocktail of toxins ranging from heavy metals, like mercury, to toxic preservatives such as formaldehyde, which some seem to be extremely sensitive to, and others in more subtle ways, such as symptoms seen over time, as the toxins accumulate.
Approximately 4 billion dollars has been paid out to the vaccine injured so far. But with or without monetary compensation, these children’s lives & health have been seriously damaged.
No matter how you feel about this controversial issue, we all want to make the best choices for our kids. It’s SO important to seek unbiased sources when you do your research, as there is an obscene amount of money invested in manipulating opinion.
So, since both my partner and I are both passionate about this serious current issue, I like to stay aware of ways to help, especially our youngest who are suffering.
Unfortunately, there are no guarantees that detox strategies will get all the nasties out and prevent damage, but there are certainly protocols that can help enormously.
Here are some suggestions on what you can do:
Prepare & Support!
Firstly, if you do choose the vaccine route prep the body with the following:
- I highly recommend MTHFR/methylation testing prior to any vaccines because if you get a positive result for this gene impairment it indicates a deficiency in their bodies detox pathways. They don’t work properly so any degree of poisoning a normal person would have, is multiplied.
- MTHFR/methylation testing is done via a saliva test by MTHFR Support Australia.
- Ensure your little one has adequate iron levels, as well as vitamin D prior to vax
- Does up on good quality Vitamin c, zinc glycinate, glutathione (patches work well with kids) and probiotics before the vax. Slap on a big chunk of wet bentonite clay on the injection site to draw out the toxins and keep changing every few hours. You can also pop a wet patch of clay over the liver area, and a glutathione patch over it as well.
- Delay every shot as long as possible & only do 1 jab per visit.
- After the age of 3 years is approximately when the brain barrier has closed. So waiting may lessen the chance of neurological impairment.
Note that many of the toxins in vaccines have been demonstrated to actually cross the brain barrier to some degree at any age, so this is no guarantee.

2. Fermented Cod Liver Oil
There are some passionate people doing some fantastic work which is proving very successful.
A great example is Dr. Mary Megson of the University of Virginia who has had extensive clinical experience treating autistic children for over 25 years.
She’s developed a framework for treating regressive autism (after vaccines), based on the piece of the puzzle she’s discovered clinically – blocked Vitamin A pathways in the brain.
She’s seen excellent results treating children with natural Cod Liver Oil which is the most concentrated form of natural vitamin A
Here’s her protocol:
- Babies under 2: apply 1/5 teaspoon onto the belly daily
- 2-5 years old: 1/2 tsp per day taken orally
- 5-10 years old: 3/4 tsp per day taken orally
- 10-12 years old: 1 tsp per day taken orally
Using this protocol on children who start to regress quickly after a round of shots, she generally sees them come back, and symptoms subside.
It’s really important not to use just any old brand of cod liver oil. Many of the brands of cod liver oil on the market now contain synthetic Vitamin A, which won’t help in resolving symptoms.

Watching a child start to slip away after vaccines would be absolutely terrifying for a parent.
If you do choose to vaccinate, having a bottle of fermented cod liver oil on hand is VITAL.
Give your child small doses of cod liver oil several days before the shots to help them cope with it.
Loss of eye contact, unresponsiveness to sounds or other stimuli, and the sudden inability to walk are unfortunately becoming far more common observations by parents of young children after a round of vaccinations.
Use the above as an Emergency protocol in this situation as soon as you possibly can, plus consider the additional supports below.

4. Detox bath
This recipe is only recommended for babies over the age of 1. For under 1’s leave out the essential oils.
- ½ cup Bentonite Clay (draws toxins out of the body via skin)
- ½ cup Epsom Salts (this is a superior quality organic one)
- 1-3 drops (depending on the age of the child and the size of the bath) Frankincense oil (DNA damage repair, helps with the inflammatory response in the body)
- 1-3 drops Helichrysum oil (detoxifies lymph, blood, liver)
- 1-3 drops Cilantro oil (heavy metal detox)
Let your child soak in this for 20-30 minutes.
Don’t let the water get into the eyes with the essential oils. An alternative is to use a foot bath with half the amounts.
5. Activated Charcoal Powder
Activated charcoal has the amazing ability to attract toxins like a magnet, including heavy metals like mercury, when ingested.
Since it’s not actually digested, it stays inside the digestive tract until it’s eliminated, taking the toxins out with it in your waste!
Warning – charcoal will turn your stools black, so don’t be alarmed! 🙂
It’s important to keep your bowels moving while taking activated charcoal, in order to push the waste out of your body, so consider a natural laxative if elimination isn’t regular.
Also, it can interfere with mineral absorption, so best to take it on an empty stomach at least an hour before eating or taking vitamins.
For vaccine toxin detoxification, take 1000 mg 2 x a day for one month, morning and night.
A half dosage can be given to children under 12.
6. Organic Chlorella Powder
This powerful green food is an excellent detoxifier. Similar to charcoal, Chlorella bonds to metals and chemicals, removing them safely out of the body.
It is important to buy ‘organic broken cell wall’ chlorella since regular chlorella isn’t bio-available, so will not have the same effect.
This makes chlorella a great choice for post-vaccine detox support, as it safely and effectively bonds to heavy metals and chemical residues that are left behind.
Chlorella is also rich in chlorophyll, which aids in:
- Repair and growth of tissues
- Balances the body’s pH
- Increases oxygenation
- Chlorella is perfectly safe for children (2000 mg a day. Adults 2000-5000 mg a day).
Green smoothie for babies 6months plus
- 1-2 tsp Chlorella
- 1 ½ cups kale (chopped)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- ½ red or green apple (cored and chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh ground flax seed.
- Xylitol, maple syrup or dates to sweeten
- ½ Tsp Vitamin c powder (see below)
7. Natural Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a vital support approach. Known to boost immunity and is an excellent antioxidant so will fight free radicals in the body and will be of great assistance mopping up the toxins.
Like everything we put in our bodies, the quality is important.

I highly recommend checking out Dr. Suzanne Humphries site, her information on vaccinations, her Vitamin C protocol, and supporting your child’s immunity naturally.
Avoid sugar and processed & toxic foods, feed them real foods and lots of water.
Nourishment & good nutrition is vital for the healing process.
Something else worth considering is putting your child on a gluten-free diet so their guts can truly heal. Not everyone shows signs of gluten intolerance but it is still a highly inflammatory food.
Probiotics are ESSENTIAL after the detox period since vaccines damage the gut lining and destroy its natural flora which is the foundation of the immune system.
Another important factor is to keep the bowels moving regularly. Soluble fiber is an excellent way of doing this as it sweeps out the bowl, moving the toxins out of the body as they are mobilized – fresh ground flaxseed and chia seeds are great for this.
